The goal of PEARLs is to enhance the network of parents, schools and community. PEARLs provides a valuable link to resources for newcomers and parents and sponsors parent education presentations.

PEARLs has established resource libraries at public and parochial schools. These lending libraries offer parenting resource books, tapes and other materials to enhance parenting skills.
