| Communities Served: Anyone who lives in, delivers in, or returns home to bury a child in Dodge, Goodhue, LeSueur, Rice, Steele and Waseca Counties receives our services free of charge. |

Hours: Advocate program 24 hours a day, 365 days/year - Office hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

| Eligibility Information: IRIS offers bereavement support services to anyone who has had a child die during pregnancy (regardless of gestational age) or from stillbirth, neo-natal death, birth defects, sudden infant death (SIDS), illness, accidents, or any other forms of infant or early childhood death. |
| Capacity to Accommodate Clients who Speak Languages other than English: Interpreters available if needed. Some printed information is available in Spanish. Currently developing information in other languages. |
| Services Offered: | Many services available to the bereaved parents and their children. |
| Additional Information: Parents, family, friends, and professionals should call if they have questions before delivery, at the time of anticipated death, at the time of delivery, at the time of death, or in the weeks, months and years that follow. IRIS provides a detailed list of parents options allowing them to choose the options that are right for them. |
