| Omada Behavioral Services is a primary outpatient chemical health program. We are licensed by the State of Minnesota and contracted by Rice County to provide chemical dependency treatment servies. We also provide support both before and after an inpatient treatment. We provide counseling to families with concerns ab out a teens chemical use and can help to identify what resources might be most helpful in each given situation. We are here to provide assisstance to both teens and their families surrounding the chemical health issues. |

Age Range of Clients Served: 14 - 73
Hours: 9 am - 9 pm, Monday - Thursday
Fee: $80/hr for counseling, 30 minute information and referral for no fee.
